"Just have fun"
Yeah, a bit gobsmacked! AMV- gamechanger! Fired up now.
Yes I see what u mean! It's a great thing that there are different styles in looking into the stories. I get so much from looking at how someone else imagines the set pieces that Iain created.
I can't draw to save my life, but I always imagine the 'Falling Outside the Normal Moral Constraints' from Surface Detail as looking kind of like a colossal version of the ship from the film 'Flight of the Navigator'.
I really loved when AMV showed us the early stages of his work on Photoshop, they are such free broadstrokes. And the subtle colours really add quality. The big gsv's are so fertile for the imagination, I know I can improve it!
Anyone know of any action scenes? Call me twisted but I'd love to see someone's take on the scene where Skaffen-Amtiskaw brutally slaughters those brigands who threaten Sma!
That's the scene I did on page 42, albeit admittedly post action! I never got these on the thread, for those who hate links-
Some sketches for the CAT.
...and the GSV Owl Pellet! Slight variation from blog, some of the elements are cut outs, so i can arrange on scanner.
My turn to wade in. Posted these in the "What does a GSV look like from the outside" thread.
Beautiful GSV (Sleeper Service):
