Good to see you working with colour more now.

Like them. I never really appreciated how great orbitals were or what they looked like untill I read LtW. I'd relocate tomorrow if they existed.

I really like this one. This is like the view you would get of an orbital from a standard jet airliner as opposed to the view from a spacecraft above the atmosphere, above the cloud layer but still in atmosphere hence the blue background.

Thanks. If I get round to making another version, I'll put an airplane of some sort in (perhaps even the Clear Air Turbulence). But those Terragen renders take hours.

Here's one at least partly inspired by The Algebraist.

Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock.
I see what you did there...

OK, now I'm properly getting into my acrylic painting in the last few months and here's my handiwork (nearly finished):

    Parkland Tower

Here's the photo I'm using as a reference.

Here's an earlier acrylic painting I've completed:

    Work in Progress

And here's what I started with in my last painting:

    Pathway and Hedge
