    Big Orange

    SarlTrooper

Your habit of elongating your figures (Sarl are very tall) works here, watch the proportions.

    Sharrow

    Watch the proportions

    Medjel

    Centaur look, interesting.

    Idiran

Another nice example of your most complete bit of fanart.

Archimandrite Luseferous of the Starveling Cult

Got the pantomine villain look which is part of his character, watch the proportions

    Dwellers

Reference the text because it's not working. To quote the book: 'resembling something like a pair of large, webbed fringed cartwheels connected by a short, thick axle with particularly bulbous outer hubs onto each of which had been fastened a giant spider crab'. I would've liked to have seen your interpretation of Dweller vanes too.

    Luseferous VII

I can imagine Luseferous going for a spin in this

These are all still practice sketches, so I don't see them as definitive, so I haven't got human proportions completely correct (but I'm narrowing them down).

I really enjoyed drawing Luseferous, but I made his head a little too big and his torso a bit too tall, however I like his homicidally gleeful facial expression, while I'm getting the hang of hands.

The Dwellers are little hard to visualize, but I always imagined them as bulberous, organic yo-yos with tendrils.

The arrangement of Idiran legs isn't clear in Consider Phlebas, I remember checking. What I found was 'a tripod of thick legs' and that's it. I couldn't find any clue in the action sequences featuring Idirans either. If it exists could someone point it out?

I agree that the picture could be more lizard like, still it's Big Oranges interpretation. As for the legs, medjel have six legs using the front pair as hands, you'll find that on the same page. Military medjel also have the tail docked.

and thank you for posting in the art thread, glad you could find the time.
