    Default Least Fave.

OK, we've all done the fave thing, but what about your least fave (note I say least fave, rather than worst)
    My top three would be;
    1. Dead Air
    2. Canal Dreams
    3. Garbadale

    1. Song Of Stone
2= Canal Dreams & Dead Air

The first I just found cruel and depressing. The writing is first class but that doesn't rescue it for me.

CD isn't so well written, while DA was just inconsequential.

I rather liked Song of Stone.
Not read Dead Air or Garbadale yet.

So it really has to be Canal Dreams for me.

If I was feeling controversial I might say Crow Road

    The Business
    Dead Air
    Garbedale

Stories in search of a plot, linked by obvious and tedious ranting in the case of Dead Air and Garbedale.

So far, it's good to see Dead Air and Garbadale up there in the running.
And now I'm gonna smoke some dope.

I never could finish Song of Stone or Canal Dreams, so definitely those two.

    Business, Dead Air, Canal Dreams.

Though I need to read the first two of those again at some point... see if they were as not to form as I remember. Last time I tried to re-read Canal Dreams I could'nt make it through to the end

Chop off my head: it's Espedair Street, followed by The Crow Road.

Worst would have to be Song of Stome, never did finish it.

2- Dead Air, just not good enough, too light for a Banks book

3- The Business just not deep enough for me.
