I can't remember who coined the phrase on the previous forum (was it DaveH?), but I'm sure they'll happily admit to it here as it's become the accepted means of referring to TMH.

Achem!! I think it may have been me who first coined the phrase 'TMH'.
For proof I may have to trawl the old forum, but I'm sure it was me.
