Recommend me, some good Fantasy.

As the title suggests recommend me some good Fantasy Authors and there books. So far I have only read Raymond E. Feist which is excellent. I also have on hand Stephen Donaldson's The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant. Is that any good? What else is there? Also apparently Robin Hobb is supposed to be good.

Personally I found Thomas Covenant a whiner and a pain in the arse.
I have greatly enjoyed Elizabeth bears Promeathean Age novels-Blood and Iron is the first of those.
