A blog mentions Iain was announced as the Guest of Honour at the next P-Con (aka the Phoenix Convention) at the closing ceremony of the last one (last weekend). No details on the official convention website yet, but hopefully something soon at: http://pcon.ie/

I wouldn't expect any info too soon, based on previous experience it'll probably be at least another 6 months before thye post anything on next years's event.

But if they keep it to the first weekend in March then I'm definitely there.
